Returns

We are proud to offer hassle-free returns. This means we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label you can print at home for shipping returns. You can then leave the package for your mailman to pick up or place it in a blue mailbox. 

Please note: During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will not be accepting returns that have been opened. We will only accept packages in their original, unsealed packaging as a safety measure to protect our customers and staff. Please do NOT return opened packages. 

Before we get into the details, please note that the policies below are in place to reduce waste and keep our prices low for all our customers. Our number one priority is you, our customer, and we will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with the products you purchase.

  • Items must be returned within seven days of receipt of your shipment, in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, and in the original packaging with all included materials.
  • Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from all orders, including orders that ship free, if returned. 
  • The cost of the pre-paid label (return shipping cost) is automatically deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days of receiving a return.
  • Custom and special orders are non-refundable; however, replacements for defective items are provided when notified within seven days of receipt.
